Transitional Housing Program Navigator/Advocate
This three-year, grant-funded, full-time position is responsible for delivering individualized housing related case management and advocacy services including safety planning, assistance with locating and accessing housing services and community services and resources, participating in meetings with community partners, property management companies, private landlords, and resources to assist the participating clients as needed, and implementing the Transitional Housing Program priority strategies.
Reports to: New Directions Safe House Supervisor
Hours: 40 hours per week; 8:30am-5:00pm

Public Relations and Marketing Manager
Working closely with staff, board members, and volunteers, the Public Relations and Marketing Manager will ensure effective and branded messaging and media relations for the agency, manage promotional marketing initiatives, and increase the public’s awareness of services available through the Center for Family Violence Prevention.
This position will work to identify and implement key strategics for enhancing public relations, marketing, communication, and fundraising.
This position will work closely with the board Resource Development and Fundraising Committee to promote events, materials for engaging donors and corporate sponsors, and communicate the agency’s impact on survivors and community at large.

Center for Family Violence Prevention Child Counselor/ Parenting Class Facilitator
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
This position requires the employee to provide children’s counseling and facilitate parenting classes.
As a children’s counselor the employee will be responsible for conducting children’s counseling sessions in an outpatient setting. The children’s counselor will be working with children who have been impacted by domestic violence.
The children’s counselor will start with a case load of 10-12 clients. This position requires late afternoon and evening hours.
This position also provides services to clients by facilitating weekly parenting education classes. The employee will conduct parenting class intakes and assess each parent needs and link him/her to services in the community, if needed.
Salary: $41,500-$45,000 per year
